Return, Refund & Dispute Policy

Return Policy
Because citrus rootstock seeds are live, perishable goods, we cannot accept returns once an order has shipped. If your seeds arrive damaged, missing, or otherwise not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
Refund Policy
If your order has not yet shipped, we will issue a full refund upon request. For orders that have shipped, refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis for damaged or incorrect items. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Dispute Policy

Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before they ship. Once an order has shipped, it is subject to the return policy above.
